Mission Statement
Liberating Ministries for Christ International (LMCI) is an inter-denominational, apostolic ministry designed to strengthen, nourish and support local churches, ministries, and individuals and to provide local fellowships wherever possible to avail discipleship.
LMCI is devoted to enhancing personal fellowship with God the Father. It is strongly committed to acknowledging that Jesus Christ is the only Lord and Head of the church, and that each member is to be led by the Holy Spirit to fulfill the Great Commission and to carry out the works that they are called to do. LMCI appreciates the rich diversity throughout the body of Christ and recognizes that God has allowed each member, church, and ministry to supply the unique provisions and functions they should perform (Ephesians 1:22; Romans 8:14; Matthew 28:1820; John 14:12; Ephesians 4:16).
LMCI provides biblical instruction so that individuals may grow up into Christ and understand their function within their local church and the whole body of Christ. This instruction may take the form of live, online, video, or audio presentations, as well as written materials for personal study and use in local congregations. LMCI also provides instruction for church leaders and discipleship programs.
LMCI encourages unity among all Christian brethren by emphasizing the importance of love, worship, prayer, forgiveness, repentance, holiness, study, and fellowship. LMCI further asserts that Christians have one common enemy, Satan, to stand against and to subdue (John 13:3435, 4:24; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; Luke 6:37; Revelation 3:19; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Acts 17:11, 2:42; Ephesians 6:1012).
MOTTO: "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." —2 Corinthians 3:17
(The Apostles Creed)
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, His Only Begotten Son, our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried.
He descended into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven, where He sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty.
From thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic [universal] church,
the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.
